Shipping cost and delivery time
We have selected TNT as our primary shipping partner due to their reliable and efficient service. For certain destinations we offer an express service, operated by DHL. The shipping cost for your order depends on the destination, as well as on the order value. Please find specific shipping details for each product on the product pages. If you are shipping an item over 900 Kr, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Hidden damages are to be reported to Asili Interiors (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately after your notice, though no later than five days after receiving the shipment. Our customer service representative will then inform you of how to proceed with the complaint.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you can return them to us provided you return it to us within 14 days (under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive) of your receipt of the product. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the last product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still intact and has not been damaged after opening. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
The right to return does not apply to the kind of contracts where the supply of products are made to consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized
When returning a product, we strongly recommend that you use trackable shipping service.To avoid unnecessary costs, always mark the package with the word ‘RETURN’ and your original tracking number and return to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
